when i start my car it makes that buzzing noise, like when the car is started and u accidently try to start it again. This happens for abut a second when i turn on the ignition, does anyone know what it could be? Sorry if it is a little vague but its the best i can explain it.

 

i ocassionally run into the same problem but i have also done a manual to 5 speed conversion in my car so that is what causes mine to do that in your case i would have to ask how long after the car turns over do you still hold the key over to start the car.

 

My first thought is the starter is going bad.

 

i just had the ignition control module replaced too

 

I have that problem once in a while as well. I thought it was due to my Fidanza flywheel. Do you guys have a lightened flywheel? I guess I should try replacing the starter and see if that resolves the situation.
