Default limited slip

I am trying to find a product out there for my 2005 civic DX so that I can have limited slip control. I have increased the power of the engine and now am in need to put that power to both wheels. I have the 5 speed.

How have you increased the power...?

What parts have you fitted?

A commercial LSD unit is not available for the 7th gens. There is, however, a kit made bu Phantom Grip Inc. that converts the stock differential to LSD, but I am not sure of the quality or effectiveness of it.

But I am with Andy, it is a DX, what have you done to warrant a need for 350 bucks and 2 days worth of work?

Phantom Grip has sucked in every other application, don't know why it would be any better for this one.

Quaife doesn't make an LSD for the car? Did not know that.

Yeah, Dezod, and even Quaife's own website list nothing for the D17A2, only for the 5 and 6 speed K series applications.

The most recent thing I have found for Honda from Quaife, is a differential for the 96-2000 Si's and Type R's. But not even anything for the EP3 Si's or DC5 Type S'. So we are out of luck even if we had a EP3 or DC5.

I know Quaife makes an LSD for the K-series motors, and the B-series applications have been out for quite some time.

Of course, the only parts catalog I was coming up with from Quaife themselves, was released in 2003. I am still looking though.

EDIT: nevermind.... I found it from http://www.nolimitmotorsport.com/quaife/apps.html
