Default OEM HID question...

One of my ballast went out on my OEM HID front end. So i went ahead and got a new whole set up.

So i was curious what was the going rate on one OEM HID. The ballast, ignitor, and two bulbs? Or does anyone know if you could even fix the other ballast?
Thanks.

before you start changing the ballast, check the under dash fuse.

Doesn't the OEM HID kit use Philips ballasts that have the ignitor built-in?
