So if you don't have any problems, why not just keep the wheels you have?

cause they're not JDM enough for jdmjunkieXL

they will most certainly rub.. you'll need to roll your fenders.. this was when i had 195/55R15 on 15x7.0 +35.. you cannot run this without rolling your rear fenders.. the sharp edge at the fender lip will slice away the sidewall.. just get them rolled and you'll be able to run all sorts of fat tyres

195 tire will mount on a 7.5 inch rim fine, i think you'd be fine with the 195 tire without rubbing, but if you do just roll the fenders and you're good to go
