Anyone roll on 195/60/15? Is that an odd size? Most are 195/55/15. I'm afraid 205/50/15 may be too wide and "slow" the car down.
Any problems? With drop?

I used to run 195/50/15 then went to 205/50/15. I liked 205/50/15 better. the wider tire seemed to be better in handling turns. 195/60 seems like an odd size....plus that's a beefy sidewall. I have sprint springs(they say 2 1/2 drop) that are a 2" drop and there was no problem with scrubbing.....I actually want to go lower. hope this helps.

I'm running 195/55/15 khumo ecstas
I will soon be ditching them for 205 50 15 khumo's
195 is ok...but 205 will handle much better.

I'm runnnig 205/50/15 Kuhmo Ecstsas, fits fine, doesn't slow the car down, follows ruts in the hihway a little more though.
Oh yeah ~1.5-2.0 inch drop. Dunno exactly, but on sportlines.

Yeah, I have 205/50/15's with Kuhmo's also, and yeah, haha they DO follow the ruts in the road pretty darn well...... but they work really well for me. I've got a 2.5" drop in front and 2.0" in the rear FYI...

But height different will be lowered depend on your drop? It varies, on springs and shocks, expect another half inch or so.

hey i have 195/50/15s for my slipstreams, they are Bridgestone S-03s, (87 bux or so) do u think i should get 205/50/15s? because S-03s are already a wider tire than most. i need new tires anyways, whatcha'll think?

going to a 205/50/15 shouldnt slow the car down at all, u may even feel an increse in power due the lower profile..lost of power usually comes from going to a taller tire..the 205/50 are about a 1/4 inch lower than 195/55 s and 1/4inch taller than 195/50 s
