new battery, wont start, code 6
I just changed the coolant temperature sensor about a month ago because it was starting hard (code 6) and lately it only starts when it wants to. I put a brand new battery in it and it only clicks...my alt. is fine i am only getting code 6...searched any help is much appreciated
Code 6 and click are unrelated. You've got multiple problems.
A TW sensor normally causes starting difficulty on a warm engine due to flooding.(ECU thinks the engine is cold)
Won't start, just clicks? Battery not charged...bad cable ends or poor connection.

Personally i would advise starting with checking your battery connections. Does it short out when you try to start it and then you have to mess with the cables to get everything to turn back on? I had that problem on my DA.
i stripped the pos and neg ends and hooked them back up on the brand new batt with new terminals...i unplugged my amp thinking there was a short but still the same, it seems as if something is draining while im driving because sometimes i will try and start it immediately after driving and it will just click, but an hour later i get in and try it and its starts right up. This car is playing tricks on me
