hey wsup guys my 91 integra b18a 5speed obo-0 is throwing code 17- which is the VSS and my speedometer doesn't work so i drive using my rpm gauge. just wandering if there is going to be any engine or transmission damage or any damage if i don't get it fixed. just spent my whole paycheck on some headlights few days ago. thanks beforehand for the help.

check engine light is also on.

Well, your speedo won't work, which means the milage won't be added up. So you'll be actually lieing if you decide to sell your car. Not that it mattered, but if you had vtec, vtec wouldn't work.

my car is non-vtec aha and yea my mileage doesn't work or the gas mileage counter gauge ?? planning to keep my da until i can afford different engine . not selling anytime soon. other then that any effects on engine and trasmission ?
