bought my first 93 civic has a d16zc im new to this but have been researching my car for the last few weeks and very intersted on working on it my self anyways its throwing a cyp code 9 and code vss sensor which i know is easy to replace but my questions r will the vss effect my speedometer and will a td42 dizzy work is the engine like keeping my vtec from kicking in??

 

also have a guy who wants to sell me same year honda says all thats wrong is the map sensor but there is no check engine light is this possible?
