Yep, that looks like its connected to the water tube. Your PCV is under number 3 and 4 runners of the intake manifold.

is that connected the LARGE coolant passage thats connected to the intake manifold...i can't quite tell, but if it is, then that connects to the other nipple on the bottom of the throttle body
i am looking at this and it looks like its showing that the driver side iacv tube goes to where that nipple is in the pic i just took today, so if thats the case it was right to begin with but then where would that other nipple go (first pic)
thats different than my d-series...a d16y7, i have the iacv on the throttle body, but what im confused with is it shows the nipple you first posted about below the tb on the top-left of this diagram, but it doesn't show what it connects to, so look up where you found this diagram for that answer....and also, you have coolant running into the throttle body from the iacv, there has to be a cooland return line....my guess, and like it is on my y7, is there is another nipple right next to the one on the underside of the throttle body, and that is what connects to the other nipple on the long coolant stem that is with the labeld diagram "radiator lower hose"
idk, what if i just do it how the diagram says, then just cap off that one nipple in the first pic? can i technically break anything? knowing my luck it will f up my idle or something
you mean the FITV? yea, there is a hose coming out the back of it, one is going to the IACV i believe, i will have to check in the morning. and the other end of the FITV goes to a nipple connection in the head
