EK D15B 3-Stage Vtec...
I just put a EK D15B 3 stage vtec in my '96 EX Coupe. While I was hooking up the wire harness off the D16Y8 I noticed 2 or 3 sensor plugs were left open on it. The Vtec solenoid has 2 spools instead of 1, giving me a 2 wire plug that doesn't match the harness. What do I with the extras?! I connected the 2 Vtec solenoid wires to the single wire on the harness. Aren't they suppose to share the rpm signal anyways? Thanks for the help.

No, they're not supposed to share the same RPM signal.
3-Stage VTEC works in this manner:
Below X RPMs:
Pin 1 and Pin 2 are out, both lobes spin freely, each cylinder runs on 3 valves. Economy Profile.
Above X RPMs:
Pin 1 is in, Lobe 1 is connected, Lobe 2 spins freely. Each cylinder runs on all 4 valves. Standard Profile.
Above Y RPMs:
Pin 2 is in, Lobe 2 is connected, Lobe 1 spins freely. Each cylinder runs on 4 valves. Lift and durration is increased. Power Profile.
