T3/To4e turbo 63intake/48 exhaust

how much power can i get from this turbo if i use this on my b16a engine... il be using it for dragracing. its a garret turbo. the engine is a fully built 1600cc b16a.

.48 a/r I presume?

Its a bit small, maybe about 400 hp...

really 400??? at what PSI???? the cold side is 63. the hot side is 48.
