have finally paid off..JJ's 99 LS integra made 315 whp @11.7 PSI, tuning was done by mike (mrbsponge) @ TPC in theodore, AL. tuning was done on a hondata S200, mods are:
Ebay special manifold
jdmsport intercooler core
custom intercooler piping w/ HKS BOV
Tial 38mm wastegate
Turbonetics T3/T4 .60 intake .63 exhaust
modified 2.5" stainless downpipe
Crower 404 cams /springs / retainers
Skunk2 intake manifold
Golden eagle fuel rail and cam gears
precision 880c.c injectors
ported head w/ unshrouded valves
Joe P MBC
100% stock bottom end and 1 BAR MAP

here is the dyno sheet, the actual graph was printed out in torque so i will get one tomorrow that is in HP but here is the tech sheet that labels the power





car ides out real well, destroys tires nicely

Not with those cams and the low PSI.

how does that hks blow off valve sound just 11.7 psi cause thats what i think im gonna get and im only gonna be running 10 psi for a while

haha thanks john, i was just hoping the manifold wouldnt fall off on my rollers and have oil everywhere!

the blow off valve on 11psi sounds good, it is a real HKS.

the lower torque numbers would come from the head port and cams on such low boost numbers, the cams made awesome power on just motor when it was that way.

we sprayed like 100 shot direct port on the car before the turbo set up

we were pretty skeptical, he didnt know any better, he got scammed from a dude in state, it was advertised as a "peak boost" manifold, but he never brought me picture of it for me to look at before he bought it

 

nice...simple and makes good power.

 

sad thing is i probably wont be ready for a tune for another couple of months paying bills suck.

yeah, well he has it, i will get it from him, or i can just re print a trace view from my dyno computer
