If you can't find those, another good way to keep the belt and cam from moving its to buy 2 small PLASTIC c-clamps to clamp the belt on each cam gear
why not just turn cyl1 to TDC all the marks should be lined up(crankbully to cover and cam gears to cover) take the belt on put the new belt on. just make sure nothing moved before tightening the tensioner.

You can go to the hardware store and get a bolt and nut, each of then has a head that appears to have a washer built on, like a hat brim, the bolt is almost as big as the gap between the cam gears, screw the nut on to the point that when you slip the bolt and nut assy in between the gears the washer (hat brim) edges fit into a valley of the cam gear timing groove. It works exactly like your YELLOW tool but it only grabs in two places instead of 5 or 6.
I have also heard of the drift punch or drill bit pushed through a hole and locking the cam in place.
