Default 93 Prelude fan problems. Help me out please!

My fans dont seem to come on at all. I dont drive the car yet because my swap is STILL in progress. needs new brakes and other odds and ends before i can drive it BUT before i can do all that I have to fix this problem. The fans do not turn on at all when i leave it running in the drive way. The temp gets up to about half way then i turn it off. I tested the fans by putting them directly on a 12v source and they work fine. I got a new relay switch thinking that would fix the problem but it didnt. before i did all this, i noticed mouse, or just heat rot over the yeards, did away with a few wires on the passenger side ground plate so i redid those grounds. I guess the question would be where do the fan wires go before they go back to the relay? The only other thing that would make sense to me is that the wires are botched up somewhere along that line. Ive also read something about the fan timing computer being a problem but havent looked into that yet because my fans dont come on AT ALL and the people with the fan computer problem were having them come on when the engine was shut down and not when running.

If anyone has ANY idea as to WTF could be wrong...it is much appreciated. Everytime i think the car is done something else comes up

You need a wire diagram and hot wire things from the fan, working back through the relays, thermo switches, timer, AC power switch, AC thermo controller. Turning on the AC should power up both fans.

check your thermostat ground and

also try to jump the thermo-switch.

it's the green connector that goes into the thermostat housing.

if the fans turn on then it should be your thermo-switch (sesnsor).
