just put a new slim fan on my new radiator for my turbo gsr and the fan will not turn on, iv checked my connections and grounds and everything is getting power except the wire that goes to the fan from the relay (relay is fine also ) and the sending unit is fine also, i have even tried replacing the fuse under the dash and still nothing. any input would be great thanks
i had a slim fan on my turbo civic and come to find out after replacing numorous components it turned out to be a bunk *** fan. the wires in the back of the fan motor pull out of their connections internally and the fan isn't able to come on. i would check that out.
Is you apply 12v directly to the fan, does it work then? If it does, then the problem is further down the circuit.
Does the stock fan still turn on if you reinstall it?
Maybe your thermoswitch is bad. That's what tells the fan to turn on at xxx degrees.

the fan does work i have it manually hooked to a swich, and yes i have tried to
hook the stock fan up and it still does not work, for some reason the wire between the relay and the fan is not getting power and i have tried the wire raight where it connects to the realy and still no power
