I have tein springs, could i still get the coil overs, if i want ,

Tein coilovers use a standard sized spring which is NOT very similar to the OEM, aside from the fact that it has coils.

the tein is like a 2.25 or 2.5" springx 6-8" long(not sure on tein)

the spring you have is stock sized, and is designed to fit an oem damper, and is MUCH longer then 6-8"

No, it wont work.

I dont think you understand the definition of coilovers. All they are is a threaded sleeve which allow the spring height to be changed, without changing preload. You have a different spring rate then stock, but the spring is the same style as oem. coilovers have a spring with a flat top and bottom, and a smaller diameter spring then OEM.
