Default MAP sensor Idle Problems

I have just Swapped A D16Z6 engine and P28 ECU into my 1989 Civic DX. I have rewired the whole thing. The Car will start and run but will not idle. If i disconnect the MAP sensor the car Runs great and idles at 1200 rpm. The engine light comes on and stays on. Any sugestions I have beeped out all the wires from the ECU to each sensor several times everyting is good.. Any ideas? I also have a lightened Flywheel Stock cut to about 12 pounds
