Default What are my options? (BLOWN LS///VTEC!!!)

Well, i found out what was wrong with my car...after hearing it tick for awhile, and unbeknownst of my problems, totally ignoring...the car finally croaked. from what i can tell, the block is shot, maybe rods or rod bearings. the crank pulley doesnt budge...so i guess im right. my question is, what are my options now? diy and swap the LS? how hard is that? what if its only internals, should i just do replace the internals myself? urh...what else?

i'll give you the same advice i gave another guy who had the same problem. take off your oil pan, and look in there for small flakes of fresh metal. for what ever reason, car burning oil or a leak, it seems like the level got too low and your crank shaft is chewed up. check that first, and we'll go from there. keep me posted.
