Default Aluminum Exhaust on NA Car

I been reading up alot on aluminum exhaust piping. I am building a car for a customer right now and he is telling me he wants to run an Aluminum exhaust. I am not asking about the life span of aluminum or anything. I really dont care abotu that. What I am more concerned with is flow. I hear alot of mixed decisions of the flow chracteristics of aluminum vs stainless.. what are your thoughts on this?

x2, only thing i can think is the smoothness / roughness of the inner piping, I guess this would have a minor affect in the way gases escape.

what you really want is ceramic

I know, I test and digest just like this. RMF off me.

Don't we have to think about heat and the transfer rates of the different metals?
