It all depends on the tune. Plenty of guys in the forced induction forum are pushing 400+ whp on stock sleeves with a good tune. That would probably be the place to ask so you don't get retarded responses like the one above.

the weak link in a stock block with forced induction is usually the casted pistons
there is a member on Team-integra that is going to push the stock sleeves to the limit and try to make 600whp
