B16A1 build up....need some ideas

I have a 1st gen B16A motor, in my garage but I have a problem. The crank pulley bolt broke and half of the stud is still in the crank. Do you think a machine shop can fix that?
I already remove the crank and head. do I have to replace the bearings after the removal of the crank from the block?
