Default Any tips on how to remove the round shift bushing?

Not liking the way my aftermarket shift bushings feel so I wanna take it out. Im referring to the one that is at the end of the shift linkage, bolted to the tranny housing, not the one by the shifter. I remember taking out the stock one and it was a bitch, but this one is even more stiff. Any idea how to get it out besides cutting it?

creative use of a c-clamp?

Those things are a bitch to get in. I'd imagine not much easier to get out.

nevermind...WD40 FTW

just lifted up the lip of the bushing, got some WD in there, jammed a screwdriver under the lip and pryed that bitch thru the hole.

next up, valve adjustment and oil change. fun day.
