its a 1994 1.5 civic jdm.i when i try to start it it takes a while to start and when it turns on it idles real weird ye have to give it abit of gas to keep it from cutting it out.im pretty sure its the carbs can i recondition them are will i have to bring it some where?

 

Do you have a swap, cuz 94's are EFI?

 

What kind of carbs did you put on the vehicle?

is it a europian model? there the only one's i know that have a duel carb setup??? I think the 93-94 ukdm civic's run um....somebody on here picked some up while in europe. dont know much about them but like stated above so us some picks

Is it a Honda carburator? Or an aftermarket one?

Might just need a cleaning and such.

 

honda from what i understood...

 

Spray a lil carb cleaner or ur carbs could be bad (my cousin old single carb civic had a bad carb when he bought it - did the same things u mention)
