Default k24 k20?

i while ago i read a thread where a guy used a k24 block and used k20a heads. do these heads give out better flow than k24 heads. is it kinda like the fact that b16 heads have better flow than b18 heads? this is an intresting fact i was wondering to know. i searched and the only thing it came out with was k20 swaps on cars but nothing about this specific set up.
