id say check your gap this is a cause sometimes when someone does a swap they forget to check the gap on the spark plugs and see if they are off even though you have spark it doesnt mean your car will start
check the timing this could have been thrown off how i dont know but if i have problems i usually double check timing to make sure its right on
maybe for some reason your mixture is to rich or to lean not allowing it to start initially
just my two cents

my friends GSR did the same exact thing: it ended up being the coil in the dizzy. also, we did the checks with the ohmmeter and it was in spec, tried changing it out anyways, and it fired right up!
also, did you do your compression at WOT? every fresh b16 ive seen had 200-220 psi compression.

In my manual, the peak specs were 184 psi.

Thanks guys. Ill tow it to the shop monday. Also I dont believe tha if I had a bad ignitor or coil that I wold have spark. The swap has been in the car for 2 years so Its nothign fresh from that.
The compression is great at 180 on a cold motor.
What else......... i dont know :S

haha, thanks man!
I though it could be either starter even though its turning over but not really. I hope its not the ecu bt I guess all we can do is stick in another obd1 and see but my money is gonna say its the dizzy. All my honda years taught be alot but I think its still possible to have spark but have something else fuc#ed in the dizzy to cause it nt to catch or so I think :S
and ofcourse there is no check engine light so :S
