can i use a b16 air intake (AEM specifically..) on my stock motor? my car is a 99 civc ex. or do i have to do any modification?

 

Well, I am using my '97 ex intake on my b16, so yes.

pretty much all the throttle bodies are in the same location, except the gsr which is a little lower, so all the different types of CAI or HAI will work.

I belive the DX motor (1.6 non-vtec) is a downdraft intake, so this one would not work. Other than that, you are correct.

ahhh yes sir you are correct. i think there is that stupid air filter box right there that people but aftermarket CAIs on.

 

no dude ya cant use it, you need to mic it out first
