How do I get the program off of my S200 chip onto the computer to open with SManager?

My S200 died.
I bought an S300.
If my tuner won't send me the file from when he tuned my motor with the S200, how can I get the file from off of the chip and get it onto the computer?
You can open and automatically convert the file in SManager, however, you have to have a file to start from.
