the codes are based on the ECU not the engine.
5 - vacuum leak
6 - water temp sensor
the vacuum leak will cause high idle
the water temp sensor will cause it to run rich all the time which will make it idle high or simply poor.

the map sensor on the TB is not even connected.
the hose you are refering to looks like it's an external map sensor from your old TB. All though I can't read what the label says on top of it. So I could be dead wrong.
