i was thinking of getting a shift light thing, but i'd rather have the one that beeps ... anyone done this to their 5th gen lude?? ... any recommends?? ... i don't even know what it's called ... i know the one with the light is called a 'shift light' ... but what is the beeping one called?? ... 'shift noise'?? ... anyways, can someone gimme some suggestions?? ... and is it hooked up to the speakers?? ... or a separate siren or something?? ... pls help ...

Field VTEC controller has this feature. I had actually forgotten about that...

this is why i love my fields vtec controller.

though my older apexi vafc on my hybrid had more functions.

you can have the beep for shifts or have it beep to let you know when the vtec engagement point occurs.
