Default hmm interchangable, b to d?

Okay so i have a 99 si with a b16a2. A week ago i blew my motor and since im on a budget i just bought a d16y5 today full swap. Im guessing itll fit right into my car since it came out of a 99 hx i think. Well heres my question list:
1) Can i use my b16 ecu on the d16y5?
2) Can i swap over the intake manifold from the b to the d?
3) can i use the lower left mount from the b on the d?
4) will my old b series exhaust bolt up to the d manifold?
5) can i use my old shift linkage from my b series?
thank you

The shift linkage isn't any different from a D to a B. I know, I just did a swap.

I have no idea about your harness. I would get the HX harness and run the HX ecu if you want it driveable/reliable.

all I know about is EG's so I dunno about your EM1, but I'm pretty sure you need a new linkage, as they are required for D to B swaps in EG's and EF's.
