Code 23 knock sensor... replace sensor and ecu, CEL still goes on after 40 mphs HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My car doesnt pass ref. becuase of high NOx and CO.

1. Car CEL goes on after 40 mphs... pulled the code and its 23. FYI, this could be why I have high NOx.

2. How to lower my CO numbers down so I can pass ref. ?

So far... I change the ecu and the knock sensor. CEL still lights up like before the new ecu and knock sensor. What else is there to do to fix the CEL problem, hopefully this well fix my High NOx numbers.

Its been over 2 months and im stressing cuz I have a ref. ticket and I need this car to pass ref. ASAP!

So far everyone I know has gave up on this, but im sure theres some honda guy out there that knows some way of fixing this. Or if anyone knows a good mechcanic with fair price. Please let me know their info.
