I have the b16 with the dc 4-1 header... I have heard its not much of a gain. I would recommend going with a better header. I am looking to change mine out. Maybe a comptech or toda. You get what u pay for.

don't quote me, but 4-1 is high end, and 4-2-1 is mid-range. I looked that up somowhere around here.
As for what brand, if you don't have to worry about smog regulations try looking for something else. Thats practically all you're paying for when you buy AEM (intakes) and DC headers.

you are not going to gain huge amounts of hp or torque from a header unless the stock exhuast manifold was restrictive. and on most honda motors they already have a pretty good exhaust manifold
also you will gain more hp from a header if you also have a cat-back exhaust
i only gained about 3whp with my 4-2-1 header and i also have a CAI and a cat-back
