smokeing problem

Default smokeing problem

my 93 eg with a stock d15b7 smokes at high rpms someone please help and tell me what it might be the car also sat a while

i would say it needs the head rebuilt or that the rings are worn and your getting blow by, does it consume a noticeable amount of oil?

White smoke is usually indicative of coolant entering the combustion chamber. What is the colour/level of your coolant?

a friend also thinks its the rings so ya do u think it will clear up if i drive it more

Being a Street Car Tuner as your names says you should already know that driving it more would only wear on the them out more not replace them for you. But you already know that.

when is the last time water pump and t-belt was done. Oil smoke is blue whiteish/gray smoke os water
