wtf is a code 28
im getting a code 28. and when i go to 4 grand it misfires kinda and wont go past that. new plugs/wires/dizzy/ head was milled and valve job. short ram intake. and all i get is this fricken code 28 which i cant figure out. and just in case im reading it wrong. is there a code 38? couldnt find it in the sticky or search.
