My car has been throwing this code forever and i cannot figure out, i believe its the code for the timing, but the car runs just fine and then code never goes away, tried reseting the ecu and nothing, im really tired of my check engine light lit up, anyone have any ideas?

there may be, ill have to recheck tom, the motor is an obd2 motor which HAD the crank position senser which i removed, motor has been converted to obd1, and what is electrical load dector?

ok, the first light flashes, pauses for a second then the second light lights up for a second then directly after it flashes 4 times quickly, so that means its code 1 and 14 isnt it?

so it sounds like codes 1 and 14 which is your o2 sensor and the IAC sensor have you check them and tried swapping them out with new ones???

car runs and drives fine, although it leans out real bad between 1-4000rpm while accelerating at like 10% throttle and at wot its pig rich
