alright my brother just bought some 99-01 si seats for his eg... and we were wondering how people get there seats so low!! like can u buy it off of some website or something?? cause he is a pretty tall dude and his head skims the roof... please help..

im basically just asking where do u get the lower rails for si seats into and eg.. so we can sit lower.. thanks alot!!

Seems kind of pointless, but to each his own Good luck, hope you get something that suits your needs.

 

OE seats are set to a pre-determined height specific to each model car.. you are most likely talking about aftermarket seats with rails.. those are possible to adjust the height.. but for OE i dont really see any simple solution.

My helpful advice: Get different seats. '94-01 Integra, '93-97 del Sol, '00-07 S2000 all sit nice and low. Some aftermarket seats are decent as well. '96+ Civic seats are practically on stilts, and have awful support to boot.

You don't. If you want them, you'll have to make them yourself. Know how to do fabrication with steel? Know how to calculate loads for safety purposes?

You don't, they're different seats, like somebody said, del sol seats are pretty low. How tall is your brother?

 

my bro is about 6' feet tall... hes pretty built though.. his hair is kinda puffy (most asians have that) and like i know that there are ways to get si seats lower on an eg.. we have seen many people do it and there has to be a way... thanks guys who gave back comments that would help me.. and thanks for all ur respondes... negative or positive.. i just know there is somewhere where u can get it.. and also he got the si seats for a reason.. he has 4 broken discs on his lower back.. and the adjustments are perfect for that.. and he sat in gsr seats before and he said that the si seats were more relieveing of his lower back... he just wants to sit a lil bit lower and i have seen people sit way low with si seats in their eg.. there has to be a way!!
