I managed to search for about 30 minutes on this topic with various pharses and the most I could find were brackets for rear speakers. Maybe I just didn't punch the right pharse in... Anyhow, I got some speakers I would like to install but when I took off my CX panels I looked around and didn't see any speaker wire...

Where is the speaker wire located? Does it come stock even if it wasnt an option? I figured it would!

Any help, flames, or suggestions would help! TIA

 

reach down the wires are there,, sometimes there is a piece of tape holding them down..

 

Even if the car did not come with rear speakers the wires are there, all Honda/Acura come prewired for rear speakers, the rear speaker leads run down drivers side with the pass side speaker lead crossing over just under the carpet below the front of the bottom of the back seat, if never used the drivers side one may be taped, [as john666 mentions] to the rear wiring harness running along the drivers floor pan, the pass lead will just be laying on the pass side floor pan, reach trough the speaker opening all the way down to the floor pan and you will find them. 94

 

I knew they were there, I just wanted to know where to start looking for them... I expected them just to be visable from the inserts thats all.
