Default Difference V-AFC / AVC-R

Does somebody know the difference between the Apex'i V-AFC and the AVC Type R?
The description of the AVC-R unit says something about a boost-controller, but since the Type-R's have no turbo I dunno what to think about it :>

Any input would be appreciated.

AVC-R is a boost controller, V-AFC is a fuel controller with vtec controller

Yeah, I figured.
But why do they call it a "Type-R" boost controller? In my point of view, both units should "controll" VTEC, so they're doing the same.

Well, they don't. Type R's should have turbo that's why

VAFC controls VTEC point and fuel

AVCR controls boost

two seperate things all together.

You realize there's a difference between "boost" and "VTEC" right?

LOL.

I had a guy ask me once if you can run a turbo AND boost. Sad thing was he had no idea why that was funny. He drove a 17 seconf Mirage and used to say how he could whip everything from a Civic Si to a Supra TT...
