Default Nut backing off on FR traction bar / lots of wheel movement

The nut on the radius rods on my Full Race traction bars keeps backing off, no matter how tight I tighten it. And when I give it gas in first gear, even lightly, the wheel moves alot, like side to side a couple of inches.

Is there something I missed when I installed these bars?

Contact Full-Race. It's their product and in my experience they're always willing to help their customers figure out issues they're having.
