it could not be sealing and you could have nasty compression leak causing it to no start

ok well first of all never ever use 2 head gaskets yes it is leaking and thats pry why its not starting pull it apart and try again a thicker headgasket yes 2 of them nooo!! go the smart way and at least buy new pistons

What were you thinking? If you want to lower your compression, sleeve the block and slip in some low comp. forged pistons. You really don't need to though, just stay at recommended stock sleeve levels and tune it right.

pls read what people have posted thats my suggestion. My other suggestion is to do a turbo project right and dont cut corners, the very min. you should tear down your block, throw some Mahle golds + new bearings & rods, then change your oil pump and water pump with your timing belt so you dont blow your motor out the oil pan when you put pressure to it. But hey if you like posting here about your engine problems keep on cutting corners and build yourself the best ghetto turbo kit you can.. thats like being the smartest retarded kid on the block.. your smart but you still a paste eater.

they have been no corners cut as i have installed a skunk 2 inlet manifold, greddy emange blue ecu link with a greddy profec spec II boost controller, i have changed oil pump, i have also fitted a evo 7 turbo. someone suggest to me to try double gasket, there has been about £4 grand put into this project,

Emanage doesnt control as much as lets say Chrome or Hondata, so your tune wont be all that.. without proper injectors / fuel pump your gonna starve your motor. Junk2 manifold is a large paperweight, good luck getting all your sensors working w/ that.

OH my GOD, Gunner-pete...........wow.

listen bro, it doesnt seem like u did all ur research before you started this project. RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH!!!!!

First thing i hope u realize is that if u plan on turboing ur lude and building ur block, this is gonna b waaaaaaaaaaaay more than 5-6 g's. Everything has to be exactly precisely done right. Honestly, i hate to tell u but u definetly are cutting corners and dont know what your doing. Sorry if i'm coming off rude.

Ok at this point, if your turboing your lude, please i hope 2 god stay below 8 psi. Whatever engine building ur doing isnt going to do you any good.

Good luck

theres about 100 different reasons to why a motor wont start. You havent helped us be able to name one.

compression #'s vary greatly with h22's, anywhere from very low of 190ish to highs of 250ish, the most important thing though is that they are all within 10% of each other, with 200-200-200-250 either you messed up on that last test or something may be wrong with it...

as far the car not starting, im guessing you didnt connect something, all you say is you have fuel and spark, but is the starter spinning the motor, does it seem like its on the verge of starting, timing issues, any other problems/symptoms, we need more info....

also, im guessing hes in england or whatever but definitely not the u.s., emanage may be the best he can get and tuning/hondata/chrome/etc. may not be available, he definitely got some bad information with the double headgasket (at the worst take the rivets out and add another layer to the middle, but dont stack so you end up with bottom 1 - middle 1 - top 1 - bottom 2 - middle 2 - top 2, do something like bottom 1 - middle 1 - middle 2 - top 1, but you would be fine with stock compression if you dont go crazy)

it doesnt sound like its being half assed (plus, there are many other builds that have been waaaay ghettoer but are still good builds), even if you get top of the line stuff it can still be put together poorly and some top of the line stuff doesnt work well with other top stuff, but i would read more before possibly doing something really bad to the motor...

find out what it is, could be something important (most of the sensors are...), see what color the wires are and compare with the ecu pinout in the f.a.q., then plug it in, also check to make sure the other sensors are in the right plugs, also make sure all vacuum lines are connected and you dont have any vacuum leaks as a small vacuum leak can cause starting/idling problems...

check those compression #'s again also...
