No. If you ran the stock JRSC program then probably yes.

aem = carb approved
dc = carb approved
jrsc = carb approved
exhaust (stock or aftermarket) = carb doesnt matter, but you still have to have a carb approved cat

spark plugs = doesnt matter
msd = dont think it matters and can probably get away with it, but some places may throw a fit

what will definitely fail you is the vafc, if you hide it and wires really well so the tech cant see it or know its there and is tuned conservatively or stock below 2500rpm, then you will most likely pass, but its an automatic visual fail for any ecu modification

msd is fine then, vafc is still the problem, they prolly wont open the glove box but if they do youre caught, if the wires arent hidden well youre caught, so there is no definite yes/no answer, its basically how well the smog tech knows the wiring and whether or not they find it, i say take your chances at a $15 smog check ad in the yellowpages...

completely take it off, honestly though, if you take your car to like a privately owned city smog place in l.a. or santa ana or riverside or oakland or wherever youre at and not to a suburban or chain store like a 76 gas station, most visual things they will just ignore and will only care about the sniffer, i would just find a place, swing by and talk to the smog tech and see what he says, he probably wont say it outright but if hes basically hinting/saying that visual doesnt really matter then as long as you pass the sniffer thats all he will care about....or just put the stock ecu management for a jrsc (fmu/fpr???) then you wont have to worry about anything....

also, vafc's suck giant monkey ***** so i would ditch it anyways...
