Have you checked your battery? If the car is sitting around without benig started, the battery starts to lose voltage, especially on an old battery.

The Main relay is located almost directly above the hood release lever inside the car.
The Relay will have an 8 wire connector on the bottom side of it and is bolted the car with one 10mm bolt that is a pain to take off unless you have a gearwrench.
Good luck with it

I know everyone is saying main fuel pump relay and indeed it is, but an explaination. 92-95 civics are notorious for this problem, especially as they get past their 10th birthday. The relay they were shipped with was built with pair of old open contact relays that after aging tend to stick open after sitting on a hot day. It can be so bad that there are times the car will start and run fine, you park at a gas station to fill up and the car wont start when you are done. I would advise against pulling a relay from a junkyard if yours is malfunctioning because unless the previous owner purchased a new one (probably not) you are getting a relay that is plagued with the same problems. I know that the price is a bit steep; $75 from Honda; but invest in a new one, Honda makes their main relays now with a pair of newer sealed contact relays that entirely eliminates this problem.
thanx for the compliments... oh and i dont let my car sit that long just like the weekend.. i drive it like 4 days out of the week, just to work n back
