What happens if I drive around with an ELD out of spec(<4.5v)?

At the very least, you will get a CEL.

 

yes, but it is not a problem device, and it rarely fails, if it is out of spec, by how much? and, take into accoutn the grounding system and weak power wires, if you spliced some wires somewhere in the engine bay, make sure they are soldered, if you are having a problem with that sensor, please let me know whats all messing up.

most of the time, the speedo, various sensors on the back of the block will throw codes if there is a problem along with a blown alt/sp sensor fuse (no. 20) let me know if your having any trouble like this, because i experienced this, and took me five days to fix, all because i left my second o2 sensor wires hanging, and they gorunded out, with a obd1 P30 ecu.

 

The reading is approximately 3.4V on my PowerFC handheld device. It's not causing any problems, but I am getting hunting revs when my air con is turned off. Cleaned out the IACV and it's still the same. What could be the problem? Will tuning cause this? The car was tuned previously with TPS voltage of 0.83V closed. I adjusted it back to 0.45V as I was getting a continuous CEL light when I floor it. Now there's no more CEL problem. Do I have to retune the car because of the TPS adjustment?
