so my swap is completely done and the test runs have not been sucessfull... runs great UNTIL its suposto crack vtec then it redlines... im getting 2 O2 sensor codes, IACV code, and intake temp code but i should be getting the IVAC code and intake air temp cause the b16 is missing some intake sensors that the gsr has... i am running a 0bd2 gsr ecu also... also my tach is not working so i am thinking there might be something wrong with rpm which might be related to the vtec crossing over???

 

sounds like your car is running in some sort of limp mode, the ecu is trying to protect the motor from damaging itself

the IACV and IAT plugs are the same so try to switch them around incase they are plugged into the wrong sensor

I would get all the sensors, installed and then try it, you might be able to eliminate some of the problems and see what happens after that
