Not sure what went wrong but I didnt notice till recently that my brake lights dont work when I step on the pedal, my cruise control doesnt function nor does the light turn green when its on, and when i press my horn theres no sound. I'm not really sure where to begin troubleshoot and I dont have a multimeter to check voltage across any of the wires. I may have overlooked it, but when I checked my fuses I did not see anything in refrence to brake lights, CC, or the horn.

edit: Checked fuses and found out i have a missing horn fuse but brake lights still dont work.

Check your fuses again, also check the ones in your engine bay by the battery.

 

check all your fuses again. Pull them out and look at them. It really easy to over look a blown fuse. If you find the burnt fuse and you replace it and it blows again. You are going to need to find what is causing the short. Were in so-cal are you. If you are local I can help you.

So i chcked my fuses and the i found out that im only missing one, the 20A for my horn. All the rest of the fuses are fine and have no problems. That still doesn't solve my problem of non working brake lights or cruise control. Im not too concerned about the CC, but the brake lights i would really like some input on. Any other ideas?
