Default Tach problems

I have a cx hatch. I got an LX instrument cluster mostly for the tach. but the tach only says 6000 rpm's when it redlines and the D15B8's is 6500. also at second gear redline the speedo says imgoing 70 and my old one say 58. What could be doing this? The instrument cluster are the same year (92).

anything from bad vss. and all clusters are off from anything to 100-500 rpm. my IAB's Pop open at 5750rpm, but my cluster reads 5900. nothing to worry about.

vss? vaccum ____ sensor?

Is there a way to adjust the tach? Would it have anything to do with the fact that I have a CX ecu with a LX cluster?
