Default d16z6 mini me swap questions

ok i have a 90' dpfi crx i am doing the d16z6 head swap w/ vtec

questions:
can i keep my current timing belt if i keep the cam gear off of my d15 head

with a rywire.com harness conversion and obd-1 conversion harness it should just be bolt on and then plug and play right?

is this all i need:
-converted harness
-head w/ vtec solenoid
-p28 ecu
-intake w/ rail and injectors
-d16 dizzy
-d16 head gasket
....etc...

the only technical difference than a regular head swap i just have to pop out that plug in the block so the vtec can activate right?

On the non vtec blocks, there is an oil control jet located in the block between the #2 and #3 cylinders. If you don't remove it, you won't have enough oil pressure to the head to activate vtec.
