Default D15B7 With Vtec?

I just picked up a d15b7 that I think someone put a V-tec head on. I came to this conclusion searching the forum as I seems the D15b7 Is non v-tec. The head says P08-1 on it... Just wondering what you guys think? What timing belt should I run on something like this? what ECU?

Search for "Mini Me" or "D15B7 D16Z6 head" on google or in the FAQ, plenty of info on it
