Default Need help on removal/install of instrument cluster

I bought an LX cluster for my CX (for tach). I removed the junkyard car's cluster myself but broke a couple things. I don't want to break anything putting the cluster in my CX. What dash parts do I need to remove?

If anyone has done this, please give me a quick walkthrough.

This is where I am: "Then, gently pry away at the trim piece, there are about six or seven clips holding it in. Pull on it until it comes out..."

I thought there may have been more steps because that's how I broke the junkyard's cluster trim piece. But thanks.

Mmm.. I pulled mine out when I put amber bulbs in. It is a pain in the *** - especially if it hasn't ever come out before, just use a small screw driver and pry it from all sides ever so slightly, takes some shimmyin, but it'll come out.

BTW: People break ALL teh clips on those things and w/o problem all the time - it won't affect the trim piece itself and it won't matter once u screw it back in...

I got it out without breaking any clips. Took awhile. there are some stoppers on top of the trim that my service manual made no mention of...
