I have a b16 and i got gsr cams and i wanted to know the easiest way to install them any advice would great thanks.

 

remove valve cover...remove dizzy...remove cam caps and plates in sequence...slide the cams out...Impact wrench to remove the bolt that holds the cam to the cam sprocket

Reinstall new cams on sprocket, untension timing belt, set cams to TDC etc etc etc (while the crank is at TDC of course) install cam caps and plates and dizzy. Retension belt
